I registered on the website but didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

After registering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes:

- Check your Spam or Promotions folder.  

- Make sure you entered your email address correctly.  

- If the issue persists, contact our customer service team—we’ll help you complete your registration.

 I can't log into the website  

If you're having trouble accessing your account:

1. Make sure you’re entering the correct email and password.  

2. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on Forgot password to receive a reset link.  

3. Check your internet connection or try using a different browser.  

4. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support, providing your registered email address and a description of the issue: we’ll help you restore access.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?  

We ship throughout Italy, across the EU, and to several non-EU countries. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your destination country and view available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times for your area.

How long does it take to receive an order?  

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

- Italy: Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.  

- International: Delivery times vary depending on the country and may range from 3 to 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details.

Can I track my order?  

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You’ll be able to follow your package in real time until delivery.

Can I modify or cancel an order once it’s been placed?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service immediately. Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed by our warehouse.

Can I request a delayed shipment?  

Yes, you can request a delayed shipment by contacting our customer service. We will confirm availability and provide the new estimated delivery date.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been shipped?  

Once your order has been shipped, it’s no longer possible to change the delivery address. In this case, we recommend contacting the courier directly using the tracking number to arrange any alternative delivery options.

The courier missed the delivery. What should I do?

If the courier is unable to deliver your package, you will receive a notification by email. In most cases, the courier will attempt another delivery in the following days.  

If you experience issues, please contact our customer service with your order number — we’ll help you resolve the matter quickly.

Payment Methods

I forgot to add a product to my cart.  

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to modify an order once it is being processed. We recommend placing a new order for the missing product. Alternatively, contact our customer service with your order number — we’ll do our best to help you quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I pay in installments?  

Yes, we offer payment in installments through PayPal. At checkout, you can select the installment plan that best suits your needs.

Returns and Refunds

I tried a product but I’m not satisfied. Can I return it and get a refund?  

Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the product.  

The item must be intact, unused and returned with original tags and packaging. Once received and verified, ACCAPI will issue a full refund using the same payment method used during purchase.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?  

Yes, you can return the incorrect size and order the correct one. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the unwanted item through our return procedure.

Can I change the model?  

Direct model exchanges are not available. Please return the purchased item and place a new order for the desired model.

Are there any return costs?  

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases of defective products or shipping errors, ACCAPI will cover the return costs.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned item. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the original order.

Each garment has its own size guide, available on the product page. We recommend checking it to find the best fit.

How should I wash ACCAPI garments to avoid damage?

Follow the care instructions on the garments: hand wash, moderate temperature, and no bleach. This will help preserve the fabric's performance and extend the life of your apparel.

What is ACCAPI Infrared Technology (FIR)?  

ACCAPI FIR technology uses patented infrared fibers that stimulate microcirculation and support muscle recovery. These garments help maintain optimal body temperature, improving both athletic performance and daily well-being.

What is EQT Technology?

Are ACCAPI garments suitable for everyday use or only for sports?  

ACCAPI technical garments are designed for sports, but thanks to their comfort, fit and advanced technologies, they are also ideal for everyday use. They provide well-being, muscle support, and constant thermoregulation to keep your body comfortable throughout the day.

Are ACCAPI products suitable for people with muscle or joint issues?  

Yes. Orthopedic supports and garments with ACCAPI FIR technology are designed to support recovery, reduce muscle pain, and improve circulation.
