We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it at no additional cost to the customer.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
