Sergio Bonaldi is one of the most complete and representative Italian athletes in Nordic disciplines.
After his early years in biathlon and ski roll, where he honed his technique and endurance, he found in long-distance cross-country skiing the ideal field to fully express his abilities.
The 2012/2013 season marked the peak of his career, with a series of results that led him to win the FIS Marathon Cup, the world circuit dedicated to long-distance races. That year, he achieved notable victories such as the DolomitenLauf, dominated with a solo effort, and the prestigious American Birkebeiner in the United States. In addition, he consistently placed highly in other circuit races, consolidating his reputation as an extremely solid and competitive athlete on long and demanding courses.
Beyond international achievements, he competed in major Nordic skiing competitions across Europe, standing out for his determination, tactical skill, and preparation built over years with method and consistency.
